tank 11 of course because the first tank that receives water from the tap has a pipe lower to it's bottom that supplies it water compare to other pipe that are either at the middle or above. |

THE CORRECT ANSWER IS: Tank 7 The reason is that Until Tank 7 is filled the tanks below it and by its side and on the other wings will never be full. Water moves from big Tank 0 to Tank 1, it goes from bottom of Tank 1 to Tank 3, then from there to Tank 7. Now Tank 7 is linked to the other tanks not until it is filled and not until Tank 7 is full, Tank 3 cannot supply Tanks 4, 5, 8 etc. And Tanks 9, 8, 6 etc must be full before Tank 3 can be full to enable Tank 1 to retain enough water to supply Tank 2. Until Tank 7 is full, it cannot supply Tanks 10 and 11. The prime Tank to be the first to fill up therefore is TANK 7 . |
