Former Barcelona FC coach and Present Manchester City Manager, Pep Guardiola has dedicated his team 2-1 victory over the Italian side, Napoli in the champions League clash on Tuesday to the Catalan separatist leader detained in Spain.

The Premier League club manager, Guardiola told reporters at the Etihad stadium, in response to a question channeled on the Catalan crises that resulted to the current detention two separatist by a spanish journalist said; that “the win is dedicated to them.

“We have shown in Catalonia that citizenship is bigger than any ideas. We hope they will be released soon.”
