You can suspend your DStv accounts while you are away on holiday for up to two weeks at a time. To do this, you need, • A scanned copy of customer’s ID card, • Duration for suspension (between 7-14 days) • Minimum of 7 days credit in account by date of disconnection Request should be sent to suspension@ng.m ultichoice.com at least 2 days before the start of the suspension. You can also visit our branches to request disconnection. izaray:TSTV is yet to be out so we actually don't know for now. Though it was said you can subscribe a day, 3 days, a week and a month at different charge rate. Let's just wait till nov. 1st we will know more. 1 Like |
