Fraternal greetings a parallel govt for all black people of the world has been set up. The govt is here and can not be disbanded. Give thanks and praise as a new era dawns. ______________ A new world wide govt. of Kemet (land of black people ) people has been set up. The govt is based on traditional ancient system of black governance used by our people of Kemet. Based on our ancient system of governance which is a monarchy system. All black people of the world are subjects of this govt. Our govt will soon embark on a constitution drafting exercise . We are assembling a constitutional committee There will be 13 regions of Kemet (significant concentrations of black populations worldwide to be administered by 13 prime ministers under our supreme ruler Monarch. Henceforth borders created by imperialist invaders for regions of world that we Kemet (land of black people) people reside since ancient times and widely referred to today as "Africa" are no longer recognised by this govt. We do not agree with the concept of immigration and believe Kemetians can travel freely to any region of the world they wish to with out a Visa. We are working on creating our own currency and "money " system. We have no friendly relations or diplomatic relations with any countries proven to have participated in the invasion , genocide , abduction and maltreatment of our people during the holocaust widely referred to as colonialism. This will remain our policy until such time these participators in our holocaust issue an unreserved apology and make a serious irrevocable and evidenced commitment to compensate us for the holocaust they put us through. Ok lets start with parallel govt for Nigeria . Many of us are watching the nonsense our leaders and politicians are doing, and are sure we can do better. The parallel Nigeria govt is hereby set up. Constitution is the next step: There would be no NAss. No state governments. Only 9 ministries. |

It will never work because there is no fire. NL can give a little fire but the people listening, who are they? IPOB has fire, Baifra has fire, Boko Haram and herdsmen but the government is listening to them and dont like them. In Africa, the world in general the powers that be like you or they dont. Iam not interested in why this parallel govt will not work. The parallel govt is already in existence it is already working we just need people to build and run the machinery. Even if we do nothing we are already doing better than a government that is failing. Please nominate yourselves for a constitutional committee to set up a simple one page and effective constitution. I am the the self nominated president or ruler for now and henceforth I am to be addressed as your excellency. |

GenBuhari: Option 1. The monarchy You could have a constitutional monarchy that has four arms of government - (1) the monarch (2) parliament (3) the judiciary (4) the military. 1) The monarch will be the head of state, commander in chief and sovereign. He or she can veto decisions of parliament and he appoints the chief justice and the commander of the armed forces. However, the parliament can remove the monarch if he or she becomes too dictatorial, by presenting him with a calabash containing a parrot's egg. The monarch is obliged to commit suicide upon receipt of the calabash and a new monarch will subsequently be crowned. The crown is hereditary and the closest living relative of the deceased monarch will be crowned emperor. The very first emperor will be elected by the people, but all subsequent emperors will inherit the title. 2) Parliament. There shall be two houses of parliament, (a) The House of Representatives (whose members will be elected by the people) and the House of Chiefs (whose members will be appointed by the monarch and will be drawn from professors emeritus, retired judges, retired military chiefs and highly respected people in the society). The House of Representatives will be the upper chamber. The minimum age for a member of the House of Representatives is 20 years, while the minimum age for a member of the House of Chiefs is 50 years. A bill must be passed by both houses in order to become a law. The monarch can veto a bill that is passed by both houses, but both houses can over-ride the monarch's veto with a 2/3rd vote of both houses of parliament. Membership of the House of Representatives is for a 4 year period, while membership of the House of Chiefs is for life. Chieftaincy titles are not hereditary. The Speaker of the House of Representatives is elected by members of the House of Representatives and the President of the House of Chiefs is elected by the members of the House of Chiefs. 3) The chief justice is appointed by the monarch, with the consent of parliament and his appointment is for life. He cannot be removed from office. 4) The commander of the armed forces and chairman joint chiefs of staff is appointed by the monarch, with the consent of parliament. The Defence Headquarters is located in Johannesburg and the commander of the armed forces and his service chiefs are not permitted to enter the capital city of Abuja without the express permission of the emperor. Abuja is guarded by the Imperial Guards who take orders only from the emperor. This system will be replicated in all the regions, but the monarch in each region will be known by one of the following names (or its local equivalent), Otunba, Ogbuefi, Waziri, Olorogun, Enojie, Duke, Etubom, etc. 1 Like |
