It is not zero as u claim but however the amount allocated for capital expenditure is damm to little a promise he made that he wud reduce recurrent and other overhead costs. This is d reason why we can never progress.

When a govt spends so much on capital expenditure, u create jobs, u spread wealth down d chain as a lot of people are employed directly or indirectly, u help to build, expand and maintain the much needed critical infrastructure which makes it easy for businesses to grow and thrive. Also, d govt gets back d money inform of taxes or levies.

But sadly, no one is seeing things in that perspective. Even d so-called money allocated for project wud be embezzled and they wud then do very bad or shoddy projects.

Many nations often have short or mid term development plans, but it is obvious there is none there not to talk of long-term plans. So when a country fails to plan for d future, then it show it has nothing to bequeath to its generations yet unborn. So, with this alone, all should be convinced Nigeria has no future.

Nigeria is indeed a shithole, a waste of place on d map and realistically no hope for Nigeria.

Government can spend out of its recurrent expenditure such as personel cost etc. but not capital projects. It is a pity hatree is the only intellect you posses.
