After inspecting the Akanu Ibiam International Airport Enugu (see previous thread here https://www.nairaland.com/4140002/enugu-airport-disgraceful-airport-yet), the Senate Committee on Aviation flew to Port Harcourt to inspect the Port Harcourt International Airport. The inspections are part of the committee's oversight functions.

A member of the committee, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, tweeted details of the inspection.

Port Harcourt International is one of the worst airports in the world. How can an airport be under construction for over a decade? The car park is flooded real bad when rain falls.
