In October 31st 2012 at exactly 3:28pm according to Vanguard Newspaper, the then Inspector General of Police, Mr. Abubakar Mohammed mentioned former Gov. Ali Modu Sheriff of Borno, Sen. Ahmed Zanna (Late), and Sen. Ali Ndume as the alleged sponsors of Boko Haram. Please I want to know if these men have been prosecuted or is there no rule of law in this country?
