A shrine doesn't automatically qualifies as human rituals den. Please, Police should give us more evidence of that juju shrine being in human rituals otherwise it's false alarm to get attention. The real human rituals shrines are in deep bush camps. angry

One of the fundamental human rights of Nigerians is right to religion of choice.

The man accused of ritualism is being mistaken. He is only practicing African religion or what we commonly call traditional worship.

Is worshipping of idols now a crime?

Our forefathers worshipped deities and many even in the midst of civilization still have a connection with such deities.

There is no evidence of any human parts in the pics. That place is purely a shrine with statues of deities. Even some Catholic churches have more statues than this shrine. Why haven't anybody arrested any priest in such churches.

That man remains innocent and just a priest in that shrine just like an Imam in a mosque or a pastor in a church.

You said it all

So the pastors and alfas who were arrested for being in possession of human parts were arrested because they were practising their religion? sometimes when people talk i marvel. why are all the traditional priests in Nigeria not under arrest since he was arrested cos of his religion?

Did you see any evidence of human parts in the possession of this one or around the shrine?

Fetish items are normal with African shrines.

Or you see human skull for the man hand?

The man allegedly arrested is a very rich man that I know very well, he has filling stations and hotel in Iwo, Ibadan, and Osogbo. He has a big poultry farm just immediately after papa village. He sells tokunbo cars too and also operates a small microfinance bank in Iwo. His best friend set him up, although there has been allegations of him buying stolen cars, he was arrested last year and parted away with 9million naira to bought his freedom and police also took one sienna space bus from him last year

I am still trying to understand the economics of skull mining business. It's seems very lucrative in the south west. Does it also affect their IGR?
Sure, we trashed SE through this means.

Skull mining is a lucrative business better than legitimate spare parts grin

I very much agree with you, provided there is no human parts involved. There is no way Christianity will take away our traditions. Hypocrisy should not apply.
