You might be the protagonist but one thing is for sure.... you’re not the good guy.

you must have activated and saved with a riot cheat enabled or any cheat that directly affects the civilians , or you must have used trainers at some point

You guys forgot watch dogs , you might have been a vigilante but you are still a fixer causing mayhem with CTOs
