i use a friend GTB Mastercard, The bank only sent us a message of the amount of what we purchased in dollar, we have not confirm the naira equivalent. but #23000 was in the account before we were able to pay for the stuff, it still complain of insufficient credit when we have #22000 in the account, so we have to transfer #1000 to it.

you will get the phone from jumia between #23,000 to #24,000.I no understand why most of you buy phones from aliexpress when you can get it from jumia and konga too.
