A lot of people still don't understand how to remove stretch marks using home made creams

This is one of those great homemade options that come from our grandmother. Funnily enough,
these old school natural options actually work wonders.

Basically you mix one ounce of carrier oil (try avocado, sweet almond, jojoba for best results)
with seven drops of lavender and five drops of chamomile. You then rub this on your skin several
times a week, Another good option is cocoa butter.

You can make this yourself, or buy a commercial brand. Many pregnant women swear by cocoa
butter in particular. It is great for stretch marks.

Another good recipe that has been used for years is detailed below:

ü 1/2 Cup Virgin Olive Oil.
ü 1/4 Cup Aloe Vera Gel.
ü Liquid From 6 Capsules Of Vitamin E.
ü Liquid From 4 Capsules Of Vitamin A.
