Hi, this is a topic for us all to say something considering our various tribes and culture. . .most people don't seem to take the above subject matter serious, after the death of a spouse most people just mournn their loved ones for say 6 months or a year and remarried without seeking legal procedures from the court if they had any form of court marriage. . .so if one is legally married and lost his or her spouse, do he or she needs a divorce paper from the court? thank you |
