please nairalanders, I really need your assistance on where I can get Lactose free milk specifically for adult because I noticed anytime I drank milk or use it to prepare tea, I usually feel irritated in my tommy and before I say jack Robinson I will ran to the toilet and will start stooling.

This has been giving much concern over many years since I was small till now, so a doctor told me I can take lactose free milk instead of ordinary milk like peak milk etc.
