There are two polling booths at the center with Five voting points. All materials were on ground including result sheets but people have refused to come out and vote. And there's is now growing frustration at the Polling station.

there is always restriction to movement and commercial activities on election days in Nigeria... I wonder why some people expect markets and shopping malls be opened on election day!!!
