Is it normal for one to experience wet dream frequently? What could be the cause for frequent wet dream?

Wet dreamz are normal, and let me quickly say there is nothing spiritual about it before those spiritkoko pple come here.

I read smtym ago dat it happens when d body needs to expel un healthy sperm dats been stored for a long period of time, to create room for fresh production. No sure how true it is tho, and how frequent it should be.

It is normal to experience wet dreams.
But only losers experience it frequently because they never get laid.
