PHOTO: Son Of Former PDP Chairman Stabs To Death By His Wife

Bilyamin Muhammed Bello, the son of a former PDP chairman, Haliru Bello, was last night, allegedly, stabbed to the death by his wife, Maryam Sanda, the daughter of embattled former Aso Savings boss, Hajia Maimuna Aliyu.

According to reports, the attack stemmed from anallegation of infidelity after she saw a text message on his phone.

The deceased was stabbed 3 times in the back; and severally on his private parts, at their home in Maitama, Abuja.

Before this, Maimuna had bit part of his ear off and was treated at a hospital before returning home. He was advised to leave the house but he refused. After stabbing him, she drove himto the hospital where he died.

The couple had a daughter together. He will be buried today.

Late Binyamin Bello has since been buried according to Islamic rites in Abuja after his janaza at Abuja national Mosque today 19th November, 2017. May his soul rest in Jannatul Firdaus amin thumma amin.

I once asked my wife what she would do if she caught me cheating. She said, its in the nature of men to, but if I ever tried it, I should just keep it away from matrimonial home, cos she owns the house. Not that I want to, but some women are more matured and they're trained to expect the unexpected

Man, this country is so divided it's crazy. Look at a topic like this. Expected comments on the issue but I'm seeing inane posts catching fun with "Hausa", "muslim", "7 virgins". Crazy! If it happened in the West or East, it would be about how heartless "afonja" or "flat head" women are. And most of these people just got back from church.

I doubt this story and the nature of the source.
Where are pictures of him @least in the hospital before the claimed murder,or even during the claimed first assault by same wife.
Any news blog can post a random story,but if indeed he was stabbed to death,the burial cant be that rushed,muslim or not because case of murder has to be established.
Otherwise the message would be that every muslim man or woman can murder his or her spouse and go scotfree.
I expect a totally different story as per cause of the husband's death to come out soon and if so i expect the lady or family of the deceased to sue that blog news site for all they are worth and more!
However,if the story turns out to be true,I think the Islamic injunction or law of immediate burial needs review to meet up with present day realities,because this woman for eg,will literarily get away with cold blooded murder without even a mere court appearance because only a forensic proof of murder can suffice in a court of law and this can only be carried out on a whole corpse.
