We Anambrarians have lost another rare gem, i haven't been myself since it was confirmed that Alex is truly no more. This is one person who influenced me so positively as a young man from Orumba, this is someone i held in such a high esteem apart from Ikemba Nnewi. I know death is a necessary end but i honestly wished that Ekwueme still lived a few more years especially seeing that both Ikemba and Owelle are no longer alive, but who are we to question God. Honestly i feel so pained with this death especially now that one cant realy point out a single role model among the present crop of contractors whom we call politicians. RIP Alex Ekwueme your legacy lives on.
