good evening. i have a strong receiver SRT 4663X. Of course i lost Fox Movies & Series. i went to Manual scan and entered the new settings for FOX 11.766/H/27.500/3/4, then Ok, still nothing, no FOX movies. any clue on how to get FOX back? by the way all the other channels (TV5, BBC, Aljazeera, MBC, Dubai 1, etc, ) are just fine. @nabef, fox movies and series is on nile 201 and showing on my Humax HD with valid ADMC sports subscription cos fox HD, MBC HD, Nat wild HD, sky news HD etc are all affiliated to ADMC. You can'nt see the channels on your 4663x cos they are HD.

Press your menu button on your remote control scroll to installation enter 4 zeros (default password) scroll to manual scan press OK scroll to your TP bar press the green button on your remote control and enter the TP you want to input and press OK it will scan and save any new channel with that TP

@All has anybody experience this with a 4669z not working well with Deseq switch as in you cannot watch channel from two satellite using a deseq and two dishes. cos I have noticed this on two different 69z boxes.

ur flash drive currupt try another usb flash drive or if have top class fone then use it as drive for upgrade.

your patch is off just press 6969 twice & u are good to go

@akinige, if the source of the software is strong technologies site, u have uploaded original software which does not support dongle and all other codes. The solution is u will have to upgrade your decoder with a modified software called a patch. Visit www.wizkid.persiangig.com and click on patch for africa, locate your decoder software and download, unzip the file before use

Have you tried factory reset? If the problem still persists then the tuner might have a short circuit.

u need 2 change an ic inside it. the one with heat sink on it.

You don't need to change any ic, it has happened to me before. Disconnect the cable from the decoder, turn it off and on to see if the same message appear. If it booth normally, then you need to work on your cable. Don't allow the copper wire to touch the tread wire, that is all.
