Definetly a case of very poor Uyo technician, the op owes luvinhubby a well deserved apology.

The fact that everyone is entitled to his opinion will make me overlook your ignorance. Read between the lines if it really interests you. This case has been closed. Thank you

problem may not be the compressor but the technician. There are very few good ac technicians. If you want one of the best, seek out mosbus. Good work doesn't come cheap, but this one is moderate.
i agree.. Mosbus Is an AC specialist..

Read very well in between the lines my friend, your only allegation is that the seller did not communicate fully to your satisfaction with you and that my young friend does not constitute any breach of contract in financial transcations, very few businessmen will do a refund to you when it is very obvious their product is not defective, moreover you stated clearly here that your own compressor had no issues which clearly cast a dark cloud on your intentions behind the transcations abnitio.

Again i repeat, the seller deserves an unreserved apology from you,

I speak for myself and not him, he can speak for himself if he chooses to. I have patronised Luvinhubby before now, he did not come across to me as an arrogant person like wise a couple of persons said so here, but my perception may be wrong and as a mature person that i am, i need specifics on him being arrogant and crooked to align with your thoughts about him. But all i read here is mere kindergarten sentiment devoid of facts and substance.

Better a kid than a Mugabe like you. Done responding to your wailings. Settle your home. Nairaland is not a escape route.

I personally disagree with your position! If there was an understanding between both parties that there would be a refund if part is defective (which unfortunately is very subjective as seller is not same as person that would install) then a refund is inevitable. This I have known luvinhubby to be honourable on so that generalisation may not be entirely accurate. Also I have landed in PSFU in the past simply cos a letter was "prolonging ignored " by my superiors on a transaction I handled!! This was interpreted to mean "intention to commit fraud and intentional frustration."
Items can be returned for various reasons even apart from being defective......Though not common but that is a fact. And observe that the OP's reaction was based on his perceived idea that he was being intentionally frustrated!!!! This case is not that of honesty nor integrity as many are making it seem but of "communication flaws and emotional intelligence."
At the end of the day, it is not what you say that mostly counts but actually how u say it.
And I reiterate, of all the many people I have referred to luvinhubby none has ever complained, this is just a rare and unfortunate event!!!
My 2 cents......

You are quick to call som1 a crook but U don't owe him an explanation?
I hope this isn't how you operate in real life or U'll be getting into trouble often.

and criminal negligence too! the most annoying part is the manner in which luvinhubby chose to talk down on commenters on this thread including the buyer! it says a lot about him as a person!

Well I wouldn't know abt criminal negligence. I believe the case being resolved, we should avoid actions that would be tantamount to "opening a closed wound." I am glad he has recieved back his goods and refunded the OP in full, this is commendable despite the initial hitches.

The mod isn't doing a good job here..
Both parties have resolved their differences.
Rather than close the thread, you allow others to infest and start their own bickering.

bros, if u notice my posts.... I don't give a f**k about peoples opinion especially when their motives are exceptionally deceptive...... I like to consider this attitude as Positive centered self awareness.

now lemme break it down. most people do things that will definitely and unconditionally benefit them. u see people say something so dumb and weird and u wonder y! there is a motive behind every action.... even for a mentally disturbed person.

let's bring it down to nl, are the mods seeing this gross and undue abuse of privilege? YES.
would they close it? now here comes my philosophy....... Why would they want to close it? fine tune that argument; what will they gain from closing it? Nada

go back to a former complaint from Almighty gazzuzz and elshan .... how long did it take them to close it? I can't even remember.

now the question is, what did they gain that they won't gain from closing this thread?

this thread has two semi active members whose businesses don't rely on nl , implication is nl mods don't see them as potential leads for business that will favour this forum or bring income to the org indirectly or directly..

note that this is my personal philosophy, I'm an analytical and scientific person who believes in cause effect and reaction.... nothing happens by chance!

now u begin to wonder y u will ask someone for o2 sensor and get declined and someone else will ask and suddenly.........

I didn't mention any name oh Lolz

or why some will say stuff like Honda has higher resale value than Toyota, its not ignorance or coincidence

peace.
