If I pay 30m today, how long will it take for you to complete the building?

Does the 30m cover everything including the furniture?

On average, what will be my yearly net profit after deducting staff salary and all maintenance charges?

Your chance of making up to N9million depend on d standard you give your hostel, these hostels are running like hotel biz, you make provision for bed, wardrobe, cabinet & reading table in each room and you have two students in a room which we pay you between 100k - 150k per bed space, so my analysis was based on 150k per bed space which means you can realise N300k per room in a session.
Therefore =N=300k multiply by 30rooms gives you =N=9m

If you are interested the first step is to process your land space with OAU, and after allocation then construction begins but furniture, wardrobe & reading table is not inclusive in 30m

Throwing out a 9 million naira revenue figure is misleading when you have not explained the expenses involved. You mentioned paying salary, already that can take a huge chunk out of the 9 million naira. At the end, what is left when other expenses are as well deducted.

Please, kindly state the PROFIT and not just revenue.

Secondly, 30 million naira is just for building. What is the cost of furnishing (at least give a range) . Bundle up the whole price and give it to us.

Thirdly, it's a normal thing to have vacant rooms not paid for. There's no full assurance that students would come rushing with 150k Most especially, 60 students. What is the hedge against this? Do you offer any further help in terms of tenant acquisition or you just build and dissappear? Let us know.

Maybe if you are transparent enough, people might become interested. Nobody is a fool.

I don't know why some Nigerians don't usually investigate issues before jumping on wrong conclusion or should I say some people can not digest simple write up.......pls read this very well....

. A room will house 2students & each student pay between N150k -N200k per bed space which means you can realise N300k per each room per annum.

Then I said call for further information, those who understand how business works has been calling & are making progress

Note:- Some people think some Ideas can not work simply because they are still leaving backwards or should I say they are not business guru....
