So many countries around the world are not moving forward because of the way the women of that country are being treated. No country can make it to the top if women are treated badly. Let's look at some reasons why so many countries are not matching forward 1. Girl - child Education: so many countries have over looked the education of the girl- child. They believed that sending a girl child to school is a taboo, a waste of time and money, instead they preferred to send her to hawk on the street while the boy child is in the school learning. The truth is that no country can match forward if the education of the girl child is seriously taken into consideration. The impact of the girl child education to sustainable economic development cannot be over emphasized. Every country should ensure that the percentage number of girls in school should be greater than the percentage number of boys in school, only this we can achieve a true economic growth.

2. Gender disparity. In fact, this has become a persistent phenomenon. Countries that practice gender disparity never go far. If the fruit of globalization cannot be shared equally between men and women, it is economically hazardous. If women are
