Your post didn't reflect a tone of someone seeking help. And we are very sure u didn't buy this from us.... cos we do test all our phones very well before dispatching any order hence d reason we open d box.

We've sold several units of dis phone and not a single user (our customers) has encountered dis problem. All d same, we are here to offer assistance to d best of our knowledge as it relates to any of d products we sell or services we render.

To your issue, try remove d sim cards and do factory reset. When done, insert d sim cards again and see if dat corrects d error.
