Non has started i went to city council today dey said i should go to Elekiah we all went to dia....wich is d npower headquarters in Rivers state dey Said dey have not received d list from Abuja....dat we should go to port harcourt city council again tomrow..

No PV yet, materials has not arrived to state secretariats due to some logistics but hopefully it might commence tomorrow but always stay tunned.
