Leicester City manager, Claude Puel, has revealed that he is open to the idea of selling Nigerian forward Kelechi Iheanacho in the January transfer window.

The Foxes who are not short of attacking options, have, aside Iheanacho, Ahmed Musa, English international, Jamie Vardy, Algerian, Islam Slimani, Shinji Okazaki, and Leonardo Ulloa.

As a result, game-time has been hard to come by for the former Manchester City starlet, who needs regular football to ensure he is fit and firing for Nigeria’s FIFA World Cup campaign.

Claude Puel has admitted that he is finding it difficult to manage six strikers when he has room for only one in his Leicester City team.

Jamie Vardy is currently leading City’s attack line ahead of Islam Slimani, Kelechi Iheanacho, Ahmed Musa and Leonardo Ulloa, as the 2015/16 English Premier League champions seek to end the season on a comfortable spot.

However, Riyad Mahrez, Demarai Gray, Marc Albrighton have been used in support of Vardy, and fellow striker Shinji Okazaki has also been used in that role.
