The Lagos State Mobile Court has forfeited no fewer than 10 vehicles after their owners were arrested for against traffic, just as it set freed their owners, their offence of which contravened the state government 2012 road traffic law.

It was learnt that there were 21 motorists arraigned before the court after they were arrested for driving against by the Lagos State Environment and Special Offense Task Force who recently intensified war against vehicles owners fund of plying against traffic.

However, the court Chief Magistrate, Amos Olajuwon, who presided over the case during last week, pronounced that 10 vehicles should be forfeited after theirs owners pleaded guilty to the crime committed and that the court would set free the offenders having admitted their offenses.

The Guild gathered that 10 out of these 21 arraigned motorists who pleaded guilty had their vehicles forfeited to the government and that cases against other 11 offenders who disagreed to the crime at the court, were adjourned till 13th and 14 of December for ‘commencement of trials’.
