"TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.

We have 2 sub contracts from BUA cement, Okpella , Edo State, for haulage of raw materials for cement production.
We are willing to partner with any company to execute the deals. We can arrange for the contract to be re-awarded to the company of the investor or partner for 6 months and renewable , with the investing partner being paid directly by the principal contractor if we reach a mutually beneficial agreement.

The first contract.
1. Provision of 100 units of Tippers with12 tyres and about 30 tons bucket that will carry crushed limestone within the BUA yard, they only work inside the BUA factory and do 14 trips daily. To and fro inside the factory is less than 35mins. So they can go even extra 4 to 6 trips that will fetch extra money.
Payment is #80,000 Naira daily per truck.
However, for every extra trip, contractor and drivers shall be paid by principal contractor.

Other TERMS.
1. Company re-awarding the contract provides ALL DIESEL for the daily job

2. Company re-awarding the contract pays all union fees.

3. Company re-awarding the contract pays all tickets and levies.

4. Company re-awarding the contract is responsible for all administrative and logistics needs on site, to guarantee optimum service delivery.

Furthermore,

5. Contractor is responsible for the accommodation and welfare of his drivers.

6. Contractor is responsible for the maintenance of vehicles for optimum service delivery.

7. Contractor is paid every 2 weeks by Principal company.

TERMS FOR PARTNERSHIP.
MGHouse company has already been awarded these contracts by the Principal company, but we are willing to go into partnership with any company that can execute this contract.

Terms include
1. Where demanded, we can arrange for the contract to be re-awarded DIRECTLY to the company of the investor or partner if we reach a mutually beneficial agreement.

2. The would be investing partner covers all financial costs to mobilize trucks to site, accommodation and welfare of drivers.

3. The would be investing partner covers all costs of one time payment for approvals and ingratiations necessary for trucks and drivers to start work on site.

4. Payment is DIRECTLY received every 2 weeks into the account of the investing partner from Principal company, just as BUA cement company pays.

5. The would be investing partner gets a FULL REFUND of his capital investment to mobilize trucks in between 2 to 4 weeks maximum.

6. MGHouse and Investing Partner shares profit by 40% and 60% respectively. Facilitators shall be paid :2,000 naira daily per tipper.

NOTE:
Daily profit per truck will be a MINIMUM of
#20,000 naira per day
#600,000 naira per month
#3,600,000 naira in 6 months.

.OTHER OPPORTUNITIES FOR FACILITATORS.

We need 100 units of 12 tyres tippers with large buckets that can carry at least 25/30 tons, to haul CRUSHED LIMESTONE inside BUA cement factory for a ONE YEAR contract.
It MUST be 12 TYRES tippers.

You will be paid #2,000 per tipper daily as a facilitator for the duration of the contract.
