Without Saraki ever taking the stand to answer questions, the Court of Appeal has upheld the acquittal and discharge of Saraki on 15 of those 18 false trumped up charges. This court of appeal judgement is simply asking Saraki to take the stand and answer 3 charges, The man will have his day in court, whether it is Supreme Court or CCT. One thing is clear, the Federal Government is guilty of a witchhunt persecution and will lose and lose again.
