That's the same thing.... Managed to get through to customer care, they asked me to recharge up to 500, I did, they never sent the data... I increased it to a thousand, the same.

Please I don't know what is wrong with airtel customer care line, I can't speak with an agent. They need to explain how I borrowed money from them when I don't use the service or even use my airtel line for frequent calls.

Thanks for the key, I already gave up on calling them when I stumbled on this post. The call went through and the problem resolved.

Airtel are just criminals preying on their customers. Every time I recharge, the next day they will just debit my line with a message that is for one dubious service I did not subscribe to. That if I want to deactivate I should send stop to *902# and when I do and recharge again they still take all my credit balance but this time with a different named service. they moved from taking #50 to #60 and now #80 for one service soccer15. my line is 09073144200

please there is no option of being transferred to a customer care representative via the customer care line as i need to block (deactivate) my sim ASAP.

I have not been able to access any of the internet enabled apps on my phone since I subscribed for the N1000 data bundle. the same thing happened when I subscribed for the N1500 bundle (I first noticed this when I was on this plan). I have checked my settings and even cleared the data and cache for all apps on my device, but still the problem persists. I subscribed for a data plan from your rival network, MTN and everything started working perfectly. The problem is from your end, pls look into it. Thanks
