PUT YOUR LIFE TO DRIVE
READ: Deuteronomy 2:24

And the Lord said to Moses, "Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward." (Exodus 14:15)
Apprehension is a feeling of anxiety or fear that something bad or unpleasant will happen; the suspicion or fear of unforseen evil. Many children of God could not attain God's standard and destination for their lives, because of fear of what the future holds, and more importantly, the supposed enemies on the way. The Israelites were in this situation at some points in their journey to Canaan, and so remained at a spot, until God pushed them to drive. Their fears probably were the river on the way, the powerful kings and people who might not let them pass.
If a vehicle is parked for too long in a place, there is the possibility of damage. Many Christians have remained stagnant and resigned to fate, because of the fear of the unknown, the perceived enemies on the way, and uncertainty of victory, if they eventually agree to fight. Some lives have rotten while others have deteriorated for lack of movement. Such lives are not productive, either for themselves or their Creator.
Are you still a bench warmer in the Church? Life is about fighting the good fight of faith. How do you become a champion, if you have not fought? If you are scared of the devil, then you are scared of your blessings. All you need is applying our spiritual weapons of warfare (2 Corinthians 10:4; Ephesians 6:13-18). If the devil was not afraid of challenging Jesus, who are you? You only need to be courageous enough to resist him.
The Christian journey is a non-stop, until we get to meet the Lord. To enjoy the good of Canaan, you must take the bull by the horn, fight the enemy, listen to, and do the biddings of your General. God's Word and people are there to encourage you. All obstruction on Israel's path to Canaan were removed (Deuteronomy 2:32-34). You will also get there as you drive on, in His will.
PRAYER POINTS
1. Lord, move me forward for Your glory.
2. Father Lord, give our youths the necessary back up to do great exploits for You in this generation.
3. Lord, remove all hindrances standing on the way of the expansion of the gospel in Nigeria and the world at large.
