The blame of the situation of things in this government has been left at the feet of the president by most of his critics, however, it is worth to note that he appointed some individuals who are expected to reflect the government plans and actions in their various offices they occupy and until we can sincerely evaluate their performance governance will still be far from the people as the president can't be everywhere at the same time.

For me Prof Sagay and the Minister of Finance.

Prof Sagay because he seem to be a politician since he joined this government and the Finance Minister because of our poor budget/capital project implementation.
