Hello nairalanders... I need your gentle advise on how to go about fasting. My job is a very hectic one... And missing breakfast or lunch will only weaken you. And as such affect your work output. I've tried fasting severally but honestly, I can't just help it. And as churches fasting period approaches(beginning of d year)... I ready wanna partake... Your advise is highly soughted. |

Just try and take it to 12noon. After some few days u will get used to it,if u can't,don't just stress urself. All the same just pray for God's grace. 1 Like |
