I’m a student and the prices these agents give can make you pass out... I need a two bedroom flat, our bugdet is 500k but agent fee and agreement and all that shoots it up to almost 800k  Try and understand, i live far away from Unilag and sadly, I didn’t get hostel accommodation. So agents and sharp tenants, your help will be greatly appreciated. Preferred locations: fola agoro, chemist, abule oja, onike and iwaya. Please, nothing more, nothing less. Bless. |
