Good evening our fellow Nairalanders and Nigerians. Jamalee foods wanted to divert to cement rebagging business that will carry our brand name. Fellow Nairalanders and Nigerians, your answers, comments, advice, and suggestions are highly needed to the following questions; What are the requirements for obtaining business license and permit for this type of business? Are we going to obtain the business license and permit from the federal level or state level or both? Which governmental body or bodies is or are responsible for issuing this type of business license and permit? What are the machineries and facilities that we need to put in place for normal business operation? Which place in Nigeria or abroad can we source for cement to be rebagged? Which companies are into cement sack production in Nigeria? Do we need technical staff members like Engineers, Laboratory Analysts, et al in our company for normal business operation? Please, your answers, comments, advice, and suggestions are highly needed to these questions because we want to operate this business legally not in an illegal way. Any information you provide us will be highly welcome and appreciated because we are ready to learn. Hoping to see your valueable information. Thanks a lot. Please, your advice is still needed.
