Paulson Steel & Construction Works
(A Division of Paulson incorporated)

A 6 month Training Program for prospective student who would want a professional skill outside their certificate

Structure of the Program

The program is divided into two main categories

*Category 1 will be a 3 month intensive workshop training where the basic and general skills of welding will be taught

*Category 2 will be a 3 month on-site training where students will acquire the specialized skills needed to carry out each task of what we do that makes us a company

Put together, the program is structured in a way that students will learn both the basic and general skills of welding and the specialized skills needed in our area of specialty (Fabrication and Installation of Carport, Stainless Steel Handrails & Protectors, Stainless Steel Gate and all Stainless Steel Related Jobs, Fabrication and Installation of Bathroom Cubicle, Gazebo, Aluminum Rails, Crystal Rails with lot more)

Benefits of the Program

*Basic and general welding skills

*Argon welding skills

*Installation skills

*Entrepreneurial and Business management skills

*Basic know-how of everything we do to turn a profit as a company

*Start-up funds and tools for high-performance students and a chance to partner with us in opening New Outlets!

*Certificate of Completion

Other Merits of the Program

*The skills students will learn are skills that can be used universally. They are not subject to any particular locality or country. Regardless of where the student wants to put these skills to work they will be relevant and will be paid very well for them. With the general welding and argon welding skills students who are fortunate can apply for jobs in oil companies with these tradable skills and get to earn huge sums for putting them to work.

*As a company we generally cater for high profile clients. This makes our jobs high profile. There is a level of professionalism that is required to meet the needs of clients in this category of “high profile”. Since we will be giving our students 3 months on-site training, they will have the opportunity of learning firsthand the high level professional skills, courtesy and business acumen needed to attract, service and keep high profile clients. This has untold benefits

*We realize that upon completing the program, students are required to make a living with it and establish their part as entrepreneur. This will require them to fish and service customers in a profitable way. So in an effort to get them fully equipped for what lies ahead, our business model which has enabled us to rise so quickly in just a few years will be taught them as our pro bono. It is a working and proven model so it will get them on a profitable path quickly and save them the cost of trial and error in finding and developing a working model

*We will also absorb the best among them. We know among the students will be those with high performance skills. If they do not mind working with and for us they get instant employment. With the rising number of transactions/jobs we get to handle in a month and having successfully opened a New Outlet in Yenagoa Bayelsa State we need new hands to meet the rising demands of our product and services. So high performance students will get instant employment.

*There will also be opportunities of partnership with students who has business management skills. Though we work nationwide, currently we have just two offices in two of the 36 states in Nigeria. We have a vision of having outlets in all 36 states of the federation. So once again high performance students get a chance to partner with us in opening new outlets in states where we are yet to establish our presence.
