Boiling Springs police said that they have arrested 40-year-old Stephen Belcher after being accused of fatally shooting 69-year-old Henrietta Green Belcher and 69-year-old William Edward Belcher. In court, Stephen pleaded guilty to 2 counts of voluntary manslaughter and one count of possession of a firearm during a violent crime as part of a plea bargain agreement with prosecutors. https://www.ireporteronline.com/son-admits-killing-parents-wanted-end-misery/
