if there is 24 hours light. the dependence or petrol to run business will drop. it will reduce unnecessary movement on the road. as people will be at home, office, hotel or event center relaxing, it will extend to night life and no more rushing.

now as a result of all this the price of petrol is what determined Nigeria economy, goods and services. drugs you name it. those country with high cost of fuel have light and standard of living is way better.
