Is time all South East and South South Governors, support this, come together and reject this proposal from Federal Government. Let them concentrate their Cattle colonies in the north. I pity states that will accept this, because before you know what is going on. They will start dragging your land with you.
dragging ke,as if u would be Alive to drag with them, by the time your entire village is slaughtered you will know how far

Sorry Governor but you allowed them to silence Nnamdi Kanu and now if they go ahead and colonize Abia for their cattle, who will speak up for you?

A ploy to subjugate the future of the middle belt and southern states to a programmed and definite demise.

Nigeria and Nigerians should call the bluff of the president on his renewed vigor at neo- colonization.

Only the naïve and gullible will trust Buhari's government with this seemingly innocuous but pernicious project

Did FG mention Abia as one of the states where they want to build cattle colony? Gov Ikpeazu is a failed governor. He wants to use this to distract from his failed government. His incompetence is no longer tolerable and in 2019, we will kick him back to the dustbin where TA Orji picked him from.

Nigeria 2050. A grazing colony for all Fulani men from Africa

360frolic:
Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has rejected plans by the federal government to establish "cattle colonies" for Fulani Herdsmen and their cows in Abia State.

In a release signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Enyinnaya Appolos, the Governor stated that Abia state will not cede any part of her territory to Fulani herdsman as colony for cattle.

According to Governor Ikpeazu; "we reject any plan to establish cattle colonies for herdsmen in Abia State.

“We don’t have enough land for our agricultural activities and our people want more land.

“Giving away any part of Abia land as a colony to herdsmen, wherever they may be from, will be most unjust and unfair treatment to Abia State and her people who are largely farmers.

“Such alien land occupation will also cause unrest and crisis that may grow beyond what we can handle when it happens, so the best thing I think we should do is to reject such plans so that those behind it will know that Abia State is not party to it."

Thank you.

Enyinnaya Appolos
Chief Press Secretary to the Governor

I totally support that. Did they create spare part colony for the Ibo's or Yoruba's. That's crazy and derogatory.

I wander when it became sin for a state governor to be proactive and speak in defence of his people. He said his people even need more land to farm and farming is there own source of income.Fulani people who are making money from cow breeding should invest on how to sustain their business. They have enough land in the north for that.

This FG is yet to unveil their real evil agenda for this country. One thing I know is that the evil that men do no longer lives after them but with them. Thank you Mr Governor for standing bold on this issue. We reject any form of ceding our land to cattle rearers. It will never happen. Look at what they are doing in Benue. What will happen when they live with you day and night and have right over your land? That would be deadly and disastrous. We totally reject it. Other governors should do so immediately. This FG has a hidden evil agenda but God Almighty will handle them.

Good decision.

Those people are vermin and they are like a trojan horse. Give them a colony and the next thing is they'll try to colonize the state and start their murderous activities. The north has more than enough land area; the largest by the way. In fact, scrap Borno as a star and turn it to cattle colony....

If they cannot buy land for ranching like the Igbos rent shops for their business, then they should go back to where they come from.

FG requesting for cattle colony is pure nepotism and favourism.

They are not the only tribe that migrates for their daily bread.

Your hatred for the governor has nothing to do with this excellent position on this vexed herdsmen issue.
Yeah, the Federal government said they're proposing to build the colony throughout the country, no state was exempted.
My fear is the position of the Almajiri in Imo State.

May God Save Imo State.

The problem of the north is not Islam. The imigrants called the fulanis use the poor Hausas and minority to dominate them. Islam is a good religion if you adhere to the teaching. An Average Hausa muslim is more honest than a pastor.

Ask yourself while the elites in the North dont send their children on a suicide mission.
NO KINDOM LAST FOREVER. Radio Biafra will open the eyes of the Hausas and the minorities.

We must negotiate this Union

You know why history of all subjects was stoped from being thought in schools? so that you Hausas yorubas and Igbos will not know that fulanis that are rulling you today, that owns the army are immigrsnts from Mali.

Population not up to 6m. Are rulling you and terrorising the whole nation. Its a shame
