Well, I don't know that the driver should be arrested... he was driving jejely, and along comes a hawker who - according to the law - should not be on the streets. Unless the driver can be shown to be under the influence (of drugs or alcohol), for then he broke the law. Oh, he can be sued for civil liability, but this was an accident in every sense of the word. 6 Likes |
