Job Title: Shift Lead/ Shift Supervisor

Job Requirements:

Must be HND/BSc holder.

Responsibility:

1. Ensure that all operators achieve at least 90% efficiency on their assigned machines on all shifts.
2. Manage the operators/ warehouse personnel on ground.
3. Ensure that the work processes are properly balanced by ensuring all personnel on the floor are fully utilised.
4. Improve the production methods and processes to ensure an increase in production.
5. Keep the workers motivated.
6. Manage procurement concerning the floor.

Expectation:

Be resourceful and be very good at managing over 100 personnel at a time.

Experience: 2 years or more
