Hmmm.... I can tell people who come from such regions.... it's been freeeezing cold here in NY....sometimes going as low as +9F... aNd we have on layers upon layers upon layers of clothes and finally the biggest and thickest jacket along with ski mask and ear muffs.....then here comes these kind people ...jogging...dressed in shorts and windbreaker top with the what -a- lovely- day pleasant look on their face!

Wow and see me complaining of harmattan over here!

Just imagine and some people here will not bath for days because of harmattan
