Why People find it hard to let go

Still in the spirit of relationship we find out
that people are in various forms of
relationship and find it hard to disengage
themselves from relationships even when it
deems necessary. Sometimes relationships
have a very bad start and it becomes
obvious that it leads to nowhere yet people
have one big problem. How to let go?
Here are some reasons why people just
can’t let go:
1) Traumatic Issues: Some people have
problems with people leaving them because
of a history connected to being abandoned.
Some kids were abandoned by their parents
and it created in them a delusional fear of
letting go.
2. The fear of lonliness: There are a lot of
people who feel empty when they are
single. They value being cared for, being
comforted and loosing these things is like
loosing everything
