Similar thing happened to my friend. He wanted to top up N1,000 using his mobile app. Did the 1st one....transaction failed. The 2nd one, still same response, 3rd and 4th, same response.

As he was about to try for the 5th time, debit alerts started flowing in. It happened that all along the transactions were successful while MTN Network kept lying to him.
My guy was so angry for buying N4,000 worth of airtime when he intended buying only N1,000 worth airtime.
