The north owns this country that is why they have the upper hand in every aspect of the economy and social structures of Nigeria.
Northern Nigeria having the upper is as a result of their their ancient history and experience in matters of power and conquest. But then again, power is transient; for power to change hands there has to be concerted effort by the south to wrest the structures away from the north.
