Unique plots will be allocated to investors and the returns on each plot is unique to it.

Investors are strongly advise to make plans for unannounced visit once the project commence.

The project is scheduled to commence by end of March with land preparation.

We are working to ensure fire risk is reduced or taken away. There is no insurance policy yet for this project.

The project will be run on best practices to reduce all risk.

PROJECT:CASSAVA CROWD FUNDING SCHEME

PROJECT HANDLERS: Abiodun Olarinre Lawal of Asher Farms, Ogbomosho.

PROJECT OVERVIEW: this project entails pulling resources together to lease farmland and cultivate a sizeable cassava farm. The cassava will be sold to small and medium scale processors and thereafter the invested capital will be returned and profit will be shared.

SEED CAPITAL:145,000naira per acre. This fund will cater for the entire farm operation per acre which begins from land lease and ends with harvesting.

POTENTIAL YIELD:one acre yields between 10 to16 tons of raw cassava

POTENTIAL SALES PRICES :can be as low as 15,000naira per ton and can be as much as 40,000 naira per ton.

POTENTIAL PROFIT ON ONE ACRE SLOT(145,000naira):zero naira to 490,000 naira

MINIMUM SLOT: one acre

PROJECT LOCATION: Surulere local government area,Ogbomosho,Oyostate.

PROJECT MODALITIES

Each investor will have a specific portion of the farm which will be known to them. The project is for a season which is between 10 to 12 months.

Yield gotten from each plot will be openly declared and after this profit will be shared.

The profit sharing ratio is 70:30. The investor takes 70% while the project handlers take 30%.

At the end of the season, harvesting will be done with the consent of the investor and returns will transferred to the investor.

Yield on investors farm may differ from each other.

Investment can be made between all year round especially between February and September

SECURITY CONCERNS:The cultivation project will be hosted by communities with little or no herdsmen presence.

The project will always be monitored by the guards hired by the handlers.
