The Ekiti state government has appealed to the striking lecturers of Ekiti State University (EKSU) to give room for dialogue as solution to the lingering crisis in the school.

In an interview with newsmen in Ado Ekiti, the state commissioner for information, youth and sports, lanre ogunsuyi said the institution is being owed subvention by the state government.

He said the state government under the leadership of Governor Ayodele Fayose is working hard to solve the problems.

He appealed to the striking lecturers to open avenues for dialogue with the state government.
