Why haven't anyone proscribed Fulani Herdsmen? Why was IPOB proscribed? Where are those saddled with proscribing responsibility? What is happening?

sonofspada: You expect Buhari to proscribe his own people? He will never do even if they kill everyone in Benue Why was IPOB proscribed? IPOB was proscribed because it threatend the power of the Hausa/Fulani controlled Nigeria. The Northern oligarchy that own Nigeria dont like any group to rise up and challenge their authority Where are those saddled with proscribing responsibility? Nothing is happening that has not been happening. How you get treated in Nigeria depends on where you are from. Thats why Fulani herdsmen can go to Benue and slaughter over 100 people and get rewarded with cattle colonies but IPOB that didnt kill anyone will get military invasion and proscription.
