Ugandan constitution says no one above 75yrs old can run for President. But here you see the elite “honarable” Ugandan lawmakers themselves having a massive street fight right inside their parliament. And why are they fighting? Some want to amend their constitution so that a 73yr old Museveni, current Ugandan President who has ruled for 31yrs can be eligible to contest in the next elections. Can you imagine this?  Chaiii!
