Sorry i am not a programmer but I need or info on a challenge I am having on my site...

The site is a digital product site and I want users to be able to buy things on the site by either entering recharge card numbers to credit thier wallet or using the "airtime " on thier phone to make purchase...

I have seen this feature in some apps like boomplay and I don't know how to get the API for that and how much to pay for it...

my webdeveloper seem not to have a clue on it
