From the 'careless' response by the bank's twitter handle, every sane individual can easily become aware of his bank account figure which is supposed to be treated as confidential regardless of rants or behaviors. He can sue them for 'damages' and I'm sure he'll be granted 'punitive damages' as well. A good lawyer would make a nice meal from that!

If you want to make up bogus charges then the bank can also come up with bogus charges of their own and file a countersuit.

In reality, no court would hear such a ridiculous case as the one you are proposing and if by some miracle they do, there is no way judgement in the plaintiff's favour can be obtained considering the circumstances of the bank's alleged misdeed.

Trust me bro. This is how people in civilized countries get rich overnight. How dare you talk to a customer or a 'potential customer' like that? And people are applauding this nonsense?
