There is an affordable short let accommodation in V.I. You can negotiate with the care taker (I think you can pay monthly for office workers on the island). I stayed there some years back when I got back to the country before getting my house. The caretakers name is Kenneth. His number is 08032612421.

I think you should call him first. It was quite expensive then (as it's furnished, I think I paid like 100k monthly because I went thru the owner, but I later got to know the caretaker takes far less as he tries to make some money without the landlord knowing, thats why I feel you should speak to the caretaker directly).
